How long until my order ships?

Most orders are produced and ship out in 2–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way.

How long is delivery?

U.S. standard: typically 2–5 business days in transit after dispatch.
International: usually 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs.

Do you offer Express?

In eligible U.S. areas, Express can deliver in 2–3 business days including production. Availability varies by product and address.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customized/personalized items are final sale unless defective.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

We’ll replace or refund—contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can help fast.

How do I wash my throw?

Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), gentle cycle, mild detergent; non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low; remove promptly; reshape fringe with fingers.

Is it printed or woven?

Our designs are jacquard woven into the fabric, creating real texture and a reversible “color-negative” back.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes—add your message at checkout and we’ll include it in the parcel.
