Delivery Estimates

• International (Standard): usually 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs
• Express (U.S., where available): 2–3 business days including production

Tracking

All shipments include tracking—your link is emailed at dispatch.

Returns

• 30-Day Returns: Unused items in original condition.
• Exclusions: Customized/personalized items (except defects).
• Damaged/Defective: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
